Scleroderma Assistance Grants is a 501c3.
Here is how we can help: if you or a member of your household is suffering from scleroderma AND as a result you have incurred burden of disease expenses that are not covered by insurance or government benefit programs, you may apply for a full or partial reimbursement grant.
Applications are evaluated, and grants are awarded or denied, based solely on the decision of SAG’s board acting in accordance with its guidelines.
Guidelines include: need, relationship of expense to the disease, amount needed, and SAG’s ability to fund.
Request must be accompanied by a copy of a scleroderma diagnosis or treatment plan issued by a health care professional.
